Predial Alentejana - Sociedade de Mediação Imobiliária was born in 1989 in the city of Moura, in the heart of the Alentejo. 

At the time, it was a bold project as it entered an unknown area in the region. Today, the oldest official real estate agency in the municipality of Moura, with a proven track record, has forged strong bonds with its clients, keeping a friend in each one. 

Thus, the opening of a new office in Castro Verde is the result of a careful study of the real estate market and the need to expand the company's activity into a territory with new and more diverse opportunities. 

By setting up in the Campo Branco area, Predial Alentejana is gaining a new geography in which to operate, especially in the urban sphere, since its rural operations cover the whole of the Alentejo. 

A large team works hard to resolve all situations relating to its clients' transactions. 

We carefully monitor all the processes, from the purchase contract to the deed, financing applications and all the necessary documentation.
